i have a blogger and my videos only show up half way? Like the video is cut in half?
what can i do to fix it?
i mean that the actual picture is cut in half

Do you mean that they are half the length they should be, that only the top or bottom half is visible or that the browser isn't trying very hard to make them show up?

Try putting your video in the MIDDLE of your blog, instead of on the sidebar.
